(August 2021) - REF is pleased to announce the closing of its investment in Vose Street: a 27,000 SF, class-B Industrial asset located in North Hollywood, California. Given the robust growth of the light-industrial sector the past year, REF is excited to be working with Dunleer on this opportunity.

Based out of the University of Michigan, REF is a student-led real estate investment fund that invests in non-controlling limited partner positions. The Fund targets core-plus and value-add return profiles and invests across traditional and niche asset classes. The Fund invests across the capital stack (e.g., common equity through senior debt).
